An Ogun neighbourhood was been left in shock when a police officer shot dead 7 people and then himself.

The incident occurred at the Ifelodun street environs of Akingbala in the Eleweeran area of Abeokuta, the state capital.

The officer, identified as Sunkanmi Ogunbiyi, killed his wife, a motorcyclist and 5 members of the same family, one of whom was 2 years old.
